Oh My Goodness! Today classes were killing my LEGS!!!! First class Body Step (Bryan), second was Sh'Bam (Uchop) and third was Body Combat by Elvin, another instructor who loves to do legs workout in Body Combat, Sigh~ I was holding my dear life (lol) to survive in Body Combat and even my gym mate, who went for all three classes with me was seen taken a break for a few seconds when the tracks were not finished yet. Gosh! Remind me to apply lots of lots of muscle relaxation cream onto my legs.  As the launching date is getting nearer, all the instructors keep on reminding the members to attend the launching day classes. I am kinda excited actually, as if doing some public performance (lol). Gotta buy new sets of exercise clothes for commemoration. hahaha.  There will be 5 classes being launched or that day- Body Balance, Sh' Bam, Body Step, Body Combat and Body Pump.  I'm going to choose Body Balance (not really my favorite, but it's a necessity and also bec
Fortunately, I was able to attend Kevin's Body Combat class (our hardcore body combat instructor) today. At 7.10 PM sharp, one sentence from my manager changed everything. "Okay guys, you can leave now if you want" I was like, "serious?" "OKay!" i'm going to change my clothes NOW! 10 more minutes before the class started. I dashed to our company's washroom, hastily changed to my work out attire and sprinted to Sports Toto Fitness Center. Thank God, I still have 5 more minutes before the class started. "or, is it because my company's clock is faster?" Lol. "who cares?" Slightly nervous before the class started as usual, wondering what choreography he had prepared for us and whether I got the chance to escape his 'penalty' for today. ~sigh~ Being told that tomorrow the whole division needs to do OT. I never like OT, and to be frank my productivity decreases immensely after working hour. Another bad news is, I might miss tomorrow BodyCombat class (most probably, lol). Not sure I'm going to make it for BodyPump. Anyhow, I do feel weird to do strength training without sweating my body beforehand. Worse come to worse, I will just treat it as my off day to let my muscle to recover especially my left knee. I thought I was going to reach earlier today at Sports Toto Fitness Center because I went to bath earlier. Well, just like old time, I arrived 5 minutes before Yoga class started. I'm not a fan of Yoga, to be honest. Certain movements are kinda tough and it took me quite some time to master them and I'm still learning. Headstand, Shoulder stand and whatever stand..... So, why am I still going for Yoga since I am joining BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyBalance and Sh'Bam. All these classes already enough to burn my calories of the day To certain people especially for those who have been doing hardcore programs, Yoga is more like a sleeping class to them (lol). I heard one of my gym mate told me before. Furthermore, for those who has been dying to lose weight, they will rather rather choose high intensity cardiovascular classes to shave the fats off. Worse Hangout Day EVER!!!

I was supposed to join my neighbor at Bukit Jalil for a local concert. They got free tickets at Sungai Wang after a long queue. Out of courtesy I accepted their invitation. Honestly, I don't really know who were the artists that going to perform though I heard their names before. Since there won't be any class at gym for today as the instructors were having quarterly training for the new release, I guess. I thought of going out and sniffed some air instead of staying in my room and glued my eyes onto my laptop. When we arrived at Bukit Jalil, the weather was hot. All I can see was a very huge empty space and somewhere far away, I saw a few booths and stalls with booming noises of MCs speaking with microphone. Honestly speaking, it was kinda turned off to me because, first, the weather was very hot, second, there were only a limited of booths and the concert was going to be outdoor! Shape, Perm &Wax

2 weeks ago, I came across with this: at Cellact Swiss Malaysia, while I was on my way to Sports Toto Fitness Center. At the bottom: First time heard of eyelashes perming. I was late for the first class at 6.20 PM, so I went to shape my eyebrow at Cellact Swiss before the second class started. I rang the bell; The beautician cum receptionist * just joking  was startled. She was taking her her nap, I guess.  I told her I wanted to shape my eyebrow. She brought me into a room, a place for you to lie down and let the beautician "fix" your body (lol). I was told that my eyebrows were thin, thus, she was not going to trim too much. While she was shaping my eyebrow, she told me, "A girl, you got long eyelashes, why don't you perm your eyelashes so that they are curled up and enhance your eyes" Feeling flattered by the "I got long eyelashes" thingy, I asked her how much it cost. Once I'm done with my eyebrow, she commented on
