Fight for your life

when you are not in the mood, whatever you do or wherever you go seem to mess up you life even more.

The truth is, you are the one who make yourselves miserable.

Messy room, you don't bother to clean your room and arrange your stuff. Ended getting messier and your mood worsen.

No exercise, exercise seems boring to you, it sounds more like chore when you are in your bad day. Eventually, you gained weight. Meanwhile, you tend to chomp down more food into your throat when you feel miserable. In the end, you gained more weight and you feel even more miserable adding to your current stress.

You isolate yourselves from outside. Not in your greatest mood to meet people especially your friend. Probably you don't want to show them your vulnerable and weak side of you. Lack of interaction constrains your soul and body in a very narrow shell. Causing you to be narrow-minded and whatever comes to your mind, you end it with 'dead' word. Everything is a dead end to you.

You get annoyed when a plastic chair fallen in front of you. You bent down and picked it up and put it back and then it fall down again. Pissed off with the chair. Reason is, when you are in a bad mood, you do your things recklessly, two eyes become one, and only the right brain is functioning.

When it is night time, you feel anxiety. Which means you just realized you have spent half of your day feeling miserable and do nothing. Again, adding up to your own miserable list which is getting longer and longer and get back to you eventually.

Finally, you feel like running away from all the miserable list that has gotten to you. Here comes alcohol, cigarettes and drugs. Anything else you want to add into the list?

Therefore, your final destination will be, jail or death. Not good.

So, to prevent yourselves reaching your final destination too early. You have to FIGHT, not flight anymore.

Messy room, move your butt and clean it up. Make it looks tidy.

Lazy to exercise? Do a 30 minute exercise instead of the usual one hour. Make yourselves sweat a little bit.

Want to be couch potato? Forget about it, it brings you nowhere. Instead, go outside from your house. Have a walk, you won't realize all the trees and buildings look so beautiful at the moment and it will eventually bring you somewhere.

Plastic chair get into your way? Toe hits against the door. Face it, it's not the plastic chair or the door's fault. Put it back nicely and be careful with your step, and accept the fact that the world is indeed too small for you.
