Long Jump Athelete Body

Being called to have "this body type" by Syed ( one of my bodycombat instructor).

Previously being commented by Delon (one of my bodycombat instructor) to have "strong legs".

So, I started to have this self-conscious about my strong legs.

Thus, I have decided to cut my strength training on Friday and bodystep class on Thursday and replace them with bodybalance and yoga classes, which involve a high intensity stretching that works perfectly to shrink the muscle and.achieve a leaner thigh result.
