It's time to have my fruits now.

Recently, I have been really careful to eat my fruits after dinner as my dad has been acting overly sensitive, saying  that fruits can make you gain weight. Is it?

I did some online research of course but nothing out there saying you will gain weight if you eat a lot of fruits. I do believe that is the amount you eat makes you gain but not the type of food you eat. However, I don't think I will be able to eat that super huge amount of fruits at one time. Lol
